Fantech Incorporated Announces Acquisition of Emerson Ventilation Products

SARASOTA, FL — Fantech Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Emerson Ventilation Products of Lenexa, KS, by Fantech's parent company, Systemair AB. The complete line of Emerson ventilation products including power roof ventilators, ceiling exhaust ventilators, wall fans and air circulators will now be distributed through Fantech's nationwide network of distributors in both the United States and Canada under the Fantech brand name.
