Minneapolis, MN — Honeywell (NYSE: HON) announces its Authorized Systems Distributors that have attained the status of 2006 Diamond Distributor.
The 2006 Diamond Distributors are: Broudy Precision Equipment Company, Philadelphia, PA; Burke Engineering Co., South El Monte, CA; Cochrane Supply & Engineering, Madison Heights, MI; Controlco, Concord, CA; Control Consultants Inc., Boston, MA; Ener-Tech/Quality Controls, Inc., Nashville, TN/Birmingham, AL; MI Controls, Seattle, WA; Professional Energy Systems, Cleveland, OH; Stromquist & Company, Atlanta, GA; The O'Connor Company, Lenexa, KS; Universal Supply Group, Hawthorne, NJ.
“The goal of the Diamond Distributor program is to increase the volume and the loyalty between Honeywell and its distributor business partners,” said Dave Molin, general manager, Building Control Systems.
The Building Control Systems' Diamond Distributor program is designed for distributors that achieve exceptional business results and positively position Honeywell in the local marketplace.
To qualify for the program, a distributor must have achieved a minimum volume of product purchases from Honeywell in the previous calendar year and achieve a scorecard result that measures both business results and market behaviors. Honeywell intends to continually raise the bar on this program, so the requirements will be evaluated and could be increased on a regular annual basis.
