New Laser Cut, Custom Bases for Rooftop Equipment from Thybar

Bases for secure rooftop mounting of equipment are quickly manufactured to precise specifications by Thybar Corporation in Addison, IL. Each base is custom manufactured due to the varying specifications of rooftop units and roof configurations. Delivery is usually within two weeks after receipt of the order.

Options include a built-in roof pitch, extra height for installation of sound traps beneath the unit, and a pressure treated wood nailer.

Each base has all welded construction and is shipped to the job site in one piece if trucking permits. If unshipable as one piece, all corners are welded and the number of pieces are kept to a minimum. Thybar has a licensed P.E. on staff.
