It is with great sadness that we report that David DelloRusso, age 41, died suddenly Dec. 18, 2009, after collapsing at work the previous day. An 18-year veteran at wholesale distributor S. Franklin & Son, Fairfield, NJ, he was the general manager. His funeral was held Dec. 22. He leaves behind his wife, Mary, and two children, Carman, 12, and Isabella, 5.

David started at S. Franklin & Son as a warehouse worker. He continued to take on additional jobs and responsibilities until reaching his current position. He was well respected by the customers he took care of, by the vendors he purchased from and by the employees he managed.

Additionally, David was very active in youth activities in his town, coaching and managing three seasons of sports for the recreation leagues and for the traveling teams.

David will be greatly missed by his family, his community and S. Franklin & Son.
