ROB FELTON ELECTED PRESIDENT OF M&M

The Board of Directors of M&M Manufacturing Company elects Rob Felton, COO to President & COO of M&M. The promotion was made effective July 8th, 2009, during the annual board meeting held at Possum Kingdom Lake. Felton succeeds Rod Stepp who has served as President of M&M for the past 41 years. Stepp now assumes the position of Chief Executive Officer for M&M. The board’s actions ensure third generation family leadership remains at the helm of the company.

Rob Felton, a 1986 Bachelor of Business Administration - Finance graduate of Oklahoma University has been with M&M for 16 years. Rob and wife Rhonda have been married 22 years. They have been blessed with a daughter, Megan, and a son, Randall.
