Series TC Cast-Iron Boiler with New PureFlow Technology

Article Tools

Peerless Boilers Series TC hot water commercial, cast-iron boiler is now equipped with the new PureFlow technology (hot water boiler models only). The PureFlow system assures a stable return temperature and is the simplest, most effective method to reduce or eliminate stress failures in cast iron boilers. Installation of the PureFlow system is simple and requires no additional controls, pumps or piping. Each PureFlow system is completely self-adjusting and sized for a specific TC boiler model.

The oil, gas or combination gas/oil-fired TC boiler is geared for large commercial hot water and steam applications and is available in 15 sizes as knocked-down, assembled sections or fully packaged boilers. The Series TC is designed for forced draft firing to provide the highest possible efficiencies. Boilers are equipped with a choice of Beckett, Carlin, Power Flame or Webster power burners. Front and rear flame observation ports aid burner setup.

Series TC boilers are constructed with rugged, cast-iron, wet-base sections rated at 80 psi working pressure for durability and top performance. Hi-temperature, flexible, graphite port connectors, and short, individual draw rods assure a tight fit between sections and simplify installation. All Series TC boilers are available with a built-in cast-iron flue collector with integral damper. A burner mounting plate with insulation block, steel angle floor rails and ceramic fiber rope seal between sections are also standard equipment. A 30 psi ASME safety relief valve is standard on water boilers; steam boilers include a 15 psi ASME side outlet safety valve and steam gauge.

The Series TC commercial cast-iron boiler includes a full one-year warranty; a limited, 10-year warranty is provided on the cast-iron sections. For more information, visit PeerlessBoilers.com.
