Each Filter Curb is quickly manufactured to precise specifications by Thybar Corporation, Addison, IL and most are shipped fully assembled. Advanced laser technology offers the tightest tolerances and superior construction at a competitive price. Each Filter Curb is custom manufactured due to the varying specifications of rooftop units and roof configurations. Delivery is usually within two weeks after receipt of the order.

Filter Curbs feature all welded construction, factory insulated walls, integral filter rack and access door for servicing filters. Options include a built-in roof pitch, extra height for installation of sound traps beneath the unit, and a pressure treated wood nailer.

Most Filter Curbs are shipped to the job site in one piece if trucking permits. If curb is unshipable as one piece, all corners are welded and the quantity of pieces is kept to a minimum. Thybar has a licensed P.E. on staff.
