Trane has introduced the Trane XL 20i air conditioner and heat pump featuring the Trane ComfortLink^™ II Communicating System with Charge Assist^™.

With plug-and-play system setup, just two wires running from the outdoor unit to the indoor unit and the precise charging of Charge Assist, dealers can market themselves as high-efficiency experts with minimum training for their technicians.

Homeowners are assured of achieving up to 20 SEER efficiency, because the self-charging technology takes the guesswork out of system installation and maintenance.

The Trane XL 20i uses R-410A refrigerant, offers two-stage cooling or heating with dual compressors.
