ParFlush R-22 to R-410A System Flush

R-22 to R-410A conversion or compressor burn-out

Article Tools

Parker ParFlush kit provides an effective combination of removing soluble and insoluble contaminants, helping avoid costly callbacks due to metering device (TXV) restriction after system clean-up.

  • 1LB Kit is specially developed for systems up to 5 tons.
  • 2LB Kit is ideal for systems up to 8 tons.

Both kits come with Patented PFD-163S Bi-Flow developed to remove disturbed debris not removed by the flushing/nitrogen purging procedure. The filter-drier is designed for permanent installation. ParFlush solvent aggressively addresses old oil, varnish and sludge within the line-sets before system start-up. The Patented PFD-163S filter-drier effectively removes particles down to 3 microns in size. For larger systems, PF-2 pressurized flush canisters can be purchased separately.

YELLOW JACKET

YELLOW JACKET® ACCUPROBE UV

Use the heated sensor or UV technology (or both at the same time) to detect HFC, HCFC and CFC refrigerants, including SNAP-approved hydrocarbon blends. The AccuProbe UV features low-, normal- and high-sensitivity levels with visual and audible signals, and a UV light at the tip, which allows you to see dye in a system. The audible alert, which also can be muted, increases in frequency and duration as concentration increases. The AccuProbe UV also features a SmartAlarm LED, which quickly shows how big or small the leak on a scale of one to nine. Other features include a long-life, stable sensor, instantaneous response time, quick clearing from large amounts of refrigerant, automatic calibration and reset to ambient and a low-battery indicator.
